Terms regarding Treeceps Club subscriptions
The Treeceps Club membership unlocks various features in the app.
Treeceps users can choose between different time spans for the subscription. For the local price please refer to the current offering on the App Store. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the original cost. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Obligations as a user of Treeceps
Use the workouts and instructions found in Treeceps at your own risk. The developer of Treeceps is under no circumstances responsible for any injuries that might occur in the context of training with Treeceps.
Your general health should be good. In case of known pre-existing illness you should contact a doctor to determine if your physical conditions are appropriate for the app. If you are female you should not train with the app in case you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
The content of the app should not be considered as medical advice. Especially the content should not be seen as a replacement for medical advice or treatment. The goal of Treeceps is to provide training plans and advice based on the latest scientific findings. However, as these findings are constantly evolving, no guarantee can be given that the content in regard to the latest scientific findinds will always be up to date.
It is your own responsibility to check the suitability of the given training contents within the framework of your individual physical prerequisites. Listen to your body. For example, if you have joint pain during an exercise, don't perform the exercise or replace it with a comparable exercise that does not cause you any pain. You should only go close to muscle failure under the supervision of a competent spotter/training partner who can help you and only at your own risk.
